How Natural Born Quilter Came To Be

Natural Born Quilter aka NBQ was the nickname bestowed upon me by my sister early on in my quilting journey. I started sewing and quilting in the spring of 2016 after I was gifted a baby quilt for my son from my sister in law. It was unlike the quilts reminiscent of my childhood, ie. I really liked the fabrics! I was encouraged to take a beginner quilting class, and bought my first sewing machine. Fast forward a couple years and this hobby has become a passion and an artistic outlet.  I work full time,  am a dad and husband, and fully embrace the title of Quilter.
